Prime Minister Edi Rama welcomed today the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on his first visit to Albania as a co-organizer of the “Ukraine – Southeast Europe” Summit, which begins today in Tirana with the participation of leaders from Southeast Europe and the Western Balkans, for a meeting of solidarity and further engagement of the democracies of these countries against the Russian aggression, where they will discuss how they can cooperate and support Ukraine, as well as contribute to the security and stability of our region and Europe.

Prime Minister Rama and President Zelenskyy began a one-on-one meeting in the Prime Minister Rama’s office, following the meeting between the two delegations from Albania and Ukraine.
